We take you to the KNVB Dutch league when during the match between Ajax and AZ Alkmaar a fan ran onto the field. But instead of just streaking across the field, the man attacked Alkmaar goalkeeper Esteban Alvarado. Mistake. Apparently soccer players are good at kicking things, soccer balls, unruly hooligans who storm the field. The fan ended up getting his ass kicked by Esteban, who is from Costa Rica.
Alkmaar coach Gertjan Verbeek responded by taking his players off the field and the game being canceled.
Lesson learned, if you’re going to attack a professional athlete, try working up to a soccer player, work out the kinks by attacking badminton players first.
