Remember when Jeremy Lin was sleeping on his teammate’s and brother’s couches? That was so 16 days ago. Well now he calls this swanky $2.3 million condominium in New York’s City’s Financial District his home. Lin is paying $3,800 a month in rent for the 1,182 square-foot luxury living space, but hopefully his shoe deal that he signed with Nike in 2010 has some legal speak in it where he gets paid on the quantity of merchandise and not a flat rate.
