Meet Kathia Maria Davis, 44-year-old divorced hockey mom who is accused of banging one of her teenage son’s teammates and molesting another while a third victim reportedly may be coming forward.
Davis plead innocent in a California court on Friday after the boys as young as 13 fingered her as the culprit who sexually assaulted them.
These lads “complained” of Davis throwing alcoholic parties and sleepovers for the teenage boys at her home over at least a year and a half.
Since her surrender, she has plead not guilty to the charges of sexual intercourse and lewd acts on a child in her court appearance Friday.
This loving mother is accused of kissing and fondling a 13-year-old boy after her son and daughter had fallen asleep on the floor of the room they were sharing. Wow does this lady love herself some young d*ck, but at least she showed the common courtesy to wait til her kids were asleep.
Then a 16-year-old boy claims that between July 1st of 2010 and July 31st of 2011, she had sex with him four times in her bedroom. OK. And the problem is? I know she’s not Kate Upton and sort of looks like a cavewoman, but at 16 you’re getting free, experienced vagina, you’ll look back at calling the cops when you’re 28 and say, “What was I thinking?”
The 16-year-old tattle tail told his mommy that he had been f*cking this old lady for a year and a half.
Now Davis is being charged with two felony counts of lewd acts on a child under 15 years of age for all her kindness. She is also being charged with four felony counts of unlawful sexual intercourse. She is additionally facing a sentencing enhancement allegation for substantial sexual conduct with a child.
A third victim also wants to expose his rendezvous with Davis. and this little twerp accuses her of sexual contact within the past two years.
If convicted of the six felony counts, Davis faces a maximum sentencing of 12 years and eight months in state prison.
